We went to Italy (where else?) to find a wine that would make your pasta dishes an even bigger hit. Properly aged and made from grapes grown in vineyards nearly 2000 years old, this wine deals out flavors of dark red fruits (blackberries, black cherries and raspberries) and has the strength to stand up to spaghetti and lasagna without overpowering the more subtle tastes of manicotti and lighter pasta dishes.
